This Privacy Policy explains how OmniMarke collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you (a) visit our website and (b) when OmniMarke personnel and authorized contractors use our internal business software tools, including OmniMarke SAIOS / SellerAI OS (the “Internal Application”).

Important: OmniMarke SAIOS / SellerAI OS is an internal-use tool only. It is not offered for licensing or sale to the public, and OmniMarke does not provide third-party advertising management services or operate as an advertising agency for external clients.

1) Scope of this Policy

This Policy covers:

  1. Website visitors — information collected through https://omnimarke.com (including via Google Analytics).

  2. Internal Application data processing — information OmniMarke may access or process when OmniMarke connects its own authorized third-party accounts (including Amazon Selling Partner and/or Amazon Ads accounts) to the Internal Application for OmniMarke’s internal operations.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services (such as Amazon) that OmniMarke may connect to; those are governed by their own policies.

2) Information We Collect

A) Information collected on our Website

When you visit our Website, we may collect:

  • Analytics data (Google Analytics): pages viewed, time on page, browser type, device type, approximate location (city/region), referral source, and similar usage statistics.

  • Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, and log data (to the extent collected by standard web hosting and analytics tools).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through our Website.

B) Information processed via the Internal Application (Amazon integrations)

If OmniMarke connects an Amazon seller and/or advertising account to the Internal Application, OmniMarke may access and process information made available through Amazon APIs, depending on permissions granted and endpoints available. This may include:

1) Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) data (as enabled by OmniMarke permissions):

  • Orders and order items

  • Returns, refunds, and related customer return activity

  • Inventory, fulfillment, shipment, and logistics information

  • Listings and catalog-related operational data

  • Fees, settlements, financial events, and other account performance metrics (when available via authorized endpoints)

2) Amazon Ads API data (as enabled by OmniMarke permissions):

  • Advertising accounts and profiles

  • Campaigns, ad groups, targeting (keywords/product targets), budgets, and settings

  • Performance and reporting data such as impressions, clicks, cost/spend, attributed sales, and other ad performance metrics (as provided by Amazon)

3) Authorization and access data:

  • OAuth/Login with Amazon (LWA) tokens, refresh tokens, access tokens, and related metadata required to connect to Amazon APIs

  • Marketplace/account identifiers and integration configuration metadata

4) Internal operational and security data:

  • Application logs (e.g., timestamps, system events, error logs)

  • Basic device/browser and network information used for security and troubleshooting

  • Access controls and audit logs for internal governance

3) How We Use Information
